On June 7, 2025, our colleague Flávio Timpi, expert in Communication and Strategic Marketing, officially launched his first book: “Communicate with Impact: The Jersey of Words in Action.”

This work is the result of over a decade of professional experience and explores the role of communication in the workplace — focusing on commitment, organizational culture, and inspirational leadership. It offers practical tools and real-world insights, especially relevant to the Angolan market.

At CRETIL, we take pride in fostering talent and innovation. Flávio’s professional journey — and this publication — were shaped in part by the challenges and opportunities he encountered in our institution.
